Serving the capital of France, Paris Orly Airport (ORY) has a large choice of disabled facilities, spread within its two main terminal buildings, Orly West (Ouest) and Orly South (Sud).
Operated by Aéroports de Paris, the airport boasts more shops and eateries that you could possibly need, along with excellent conference facilities and many other more obscure amenities, such as a Conciergerie service, where you can arrange for your luggage to be delivered straight to your hotel. There is also a Lost Property Office, Travelex foreign exchange desks in the South Terminal (public area and past passport control), modern arcade games next to the boarding lounges, 'Gulli' discovery zones for children, multimedia terminals and cyber cafes, beauty care and massage, a post office and business workstations.

Situated within the public areas of both the West and South Terminal buildings are information desks, manned by helpful Aéroports de Paris staff. There are also a number of Tourist Information Points, where you can learn about the endless attractions awaiting in the French capital.
Shops, Duty-Free and Retail Outlets
Orly Airport has good shopping facilities located throughout the airport. These shops include newsagents, gift stores fashion boutique and ever-popular duty-free outlets.
Bars, Cafés and Restaurants
There are numerous places to eat and drinks onsite, with popular choices in the South Terminal including Alpha Bravo, Bagatelle, Bert's RCI, Columbus Cafe, Cafe Select, Destination Café and La Malle. In the West Terminal there are many additional popular eateries, such as L'Astrolabe, Cafe Comptoir, Couleur, Illy Cafe, Port de France and Cafe Gascon - where seats enjoy views of the runways. Many of these eateries are open daily, between 06:00 and 22:00.

The Paris Orly Business Centre is the place to come if you need to get on with some work. Private rooms can be hired by the hour or day, audio-visual equipment is on hand and catering can be arranged. Located in Hall 3 of the Departures Level, the business centre is open daily from 08:00 to 19:30. There are also conferencing capabilities in the South Terminal, which can accommodate up to 200 guests.
Other Facilities
Other facilities at ORY include art exhibitions, pushchair hire, porters, dry cleaning services and there is also a medical centre in the South Terminal, providing vaccinations and first aid facilities. Passengers assistance can be arranged by the 'Conciergerie'.
